I started at Sacred Heart in the 7th grade. I came from a great public school in Palo Alto. Thought I'd been sent to another planet. But I met Lynn and Madeleine the first week and they promptly got us in trouble. Great memories of ugly uniforms, "interesting" food, lot's of sports which saved my life, some wonderful nuns and a few who, looking back on it, must have been very unhappy, smoking in Ginny's car, some incredible laughs, boarding (!), farting in study hall, getting in just enough trouble, singing, and a few really sad things.
